About the villa

This stunning villa is spacious and fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites (one king and one queen) and 2 twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. Both master suites have their own TV / DVD. There are 2 separate lounge areas one of which features a 32 inch satellite TV, DVD and CD, all TV's in the villa are satellite and recieve over 100 channels. The other lounge provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a dining room for those more formal dining occasions if required. A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodation. We have installed a wireless broadband connection so you can sit on the lanai and surf the net.

The villa is ideal for two family groups but equally suitable for smaller parties, which require that extra space, it is furnished throughout to a high standard in traditional Florida style. The 2 master suites, kitchen and formal dining area give access to the South West facing spacious lanai and extended deck area where the 14ft by 26ft electrically heated swimming pool awaits, (pool heating recommended between November and April at an extra cost).

The pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds, a large table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining, it looks out down the meandering canal and the nature reserve, it should be noted there are no further properties to the right of the villa which adds to the privacy. Being close to the nature reserve ensures a variety of birds including, eagles and herons, regularly fly overhead.

We have sought to provide every conceivable extra including toys, books, games, pool toys, beach accessories, CD's and DVD's to help you enjoy your vacation. All towels including beach towels and bed linen are included. We have four adult bikes.
