From £895/ $1195 per week depending on party size and season.
Prices are exclusive of all Taxes and will be subject of 12% Tax, prices + Cleaning, and free telephone calls throughout the United States and Canada, Pool heating if required is £80 / $100 per week. Special rates are available for last minute bookings and those of 3 weeks or more.
We do sleep a maximum of 6 however we get bookings from parties of 2 who appreciate the space. 80% of our bookings are repeats, so we must be doing something right.

If you have babies or young children in your party Cots and high chairs can be hired at a modest extra cost, and be placed in the villa upon arrival.
If you wish to go ahead and book the villa, our procedure is relatively simple, we would send you a booking form via email, which we would ask you to complete, return to us by post with a 25% deposit (payment by cheque or Bank Transfer ) By return post we will send you a copy of the booking form, receipt for the deposit and reserve the villa for your dates.
The remaining balance will be due 12 weeks prior to departure and by return post we will send you a receipt of payment, the key Code for your stay, directions to the villa, local map, information on the villa itself and the local area.
When you arrive at the villa, you will find a comprehensive guide to the villa and the area, together with menus from local restaurants which we and other guests have left to help you.
We would recommend you do take out Travel and Medical insurance for peace of mind.
